With Teltek's sample station, you simplify and streamline the process of taking samples.\u00a0<\/p>

In addition to a scale, you also get an HMI touch screen with the Teltek InControl software installed. The system automatically saves all samples and you avoid handwritten notes that risk getting lost or being difficult to read. After each sample is completed, the statistics are updated immediately, meaning you always have access to current and reliable data. The system also helps you calculate how many samples need to be taken based on your current production rate, which saves time and reduces the risk of manual errors. If you are late with a sample, you get a visual alarm.\u00a0<\/p>

With Teltek's sampling station, you also get Teltek InControl, which is production software that provides an immediate overview of the ongoing production, while also allowing you to go back in time and review old statistics.<\/p>

The scale and HMI touchscreen that you get for your sampling station can be used for multiple lines and statistics are available directly via a web browser, even remotely. An article register gives the operator the ability to go in and change, add or remove products. Real-time data shows the current status of all production lines and can be filtered to only view the data that is interesting to you. Teltek InControl is included in all our sample stations and provides easy statistics based on your samples. With the help of the software, you avoid written sample reports that risk being lost and are difficult to read. It is easy to read the statistics in Teltek InControl, since the color indicators show whether your batches are at a good level or if corrections need to be made. You can filter the statistics to focus on what you are most interested in. You can also find old batches to compare to.<\/p>

The sample station can be used for several lines and statistics is available directly after a sample has been taken.
