The software is recipe-based, which allow our customers to store production settings to later access them with only a few button presses.

The grader dynamically adjust the target weight during ongoing production which is unique for this type of equipment. This result in lower give-aways, which will save you time, money and raw material.

Teltek's Grader collect weight data from Teltek's checkweighers, but it can also handle a wide range of other products, such as checkweighers from other brands, static weighers and vision systems. This makes Teltek's Grader a natural choice for your production.

What is a grader and how does it work?

Teltek’s grader is an industrial sorting machine consisting of a weigher and multiple sorting units. Products are dynamically weighed and then portioned out based on weight, quantity, and/or individual weight. The products can either continue onward via outfeed conveyors or be lined up and collected by an operator. A grader is for example well suited for meat packages that need to be sorted according to different weights.

What sorting methods can be used, and which ones are suitable for my products?

We offer several different sorting methods to automatically sort your products in the most suitable way. These include pushers, lift flaps, drop flaps, blow reject, and diverter arms. Discuss with us to find out what suits you best.
