InControl

Teltek InControl software will help you control and streamline your production!

The software, which is installed in our checkweighers, will give you real time overview of your production. Teltek InControl provide information on give-away and enable quick detection of bottlenecks.

Teltek InControl stores data from previous batches and visualize clear statistics. This will for example tell you where reoccurring problems with metal contamination exist, when and where give-away peaks occur, and where production rates are lower than normal.

As the solution is web based, the software can be accessed wherever you are.

Teltek InControl is built of four modules: Real time dataHistorical dataArticle register and Samples. It is up to you to choose which modules you want to include in your InControl system.

The four modules of InControl

Real time data

With this module, you can overview the status of all your production lines in real time. By extracting this data, you can quickly detect and address bottlenecks.

The module offer functions for automatic overview with threshold values. If for instance a line rate of minimum 50 pcs/min is expected, InControl will signal if the rate is lower than that.

Historical data

Storage of historical production data will enable overviews of historical performance and development. It is also possible to look at specific dates and batches.

When the data is extracted, it is analyzed and compiled after your preferences. This helps you to obtain a clear overview.

Article register

The Article Register module is a centralized and user-friendly article register where users can add, change or remove product settings. When you are going to produce a product stored in the article register, only a few button presses are required for the checkweigher to access the right settings.

Samples

InControl sample is an effective tool for recording, storing and presentation of sample weights.

With InControl Sample module, a simple station consisting of a static weigher and a connected PC can be used as a mutual weighing station for several production lines. In the module, you choose how many sample to be weighed per event, and how many times sample weighing shall occur per hour. The system keep track of the production and will signal if a sample is late.

FAQ Teltek InControl

Teltek InControl is a statistics software that provides insights into your ongoing production, and can, for example, help you identify bottlenecks. The statistics are available both in real time (live) and as historical data from previous runs. Teltek InControl is customizable, allowing you to filter the data according to what is important to you. The software is easy to navigate, with red indicating deviations and green indicating acceptable levels - simple.

Teltek InControl is ideal for anyone who wants to monitor production statistics, track give-away levels, identify bottlenecks, and compare data across different time periods. You no longer have to keep track of printed reports or calculate statistics manually, everything is conveniently displayed in one place, with filtering options and the ability to export data to an Excel file.

Teltek InControl is installed directly on the weigher or can be added later (remotely) - we will help you. All weighers that are going to be connected to Teltek InControl must have the software installed. There is no limit to the number of weighers that can be connected.

The weigher has to be connected either to the internet or the local network to communicate with the server. The server stores statistics that you can access via a computer or mobile phone. If you are on the same network as the weigher, you should be able to view the statistics. If you are not on the same network, or if you are traveling and need to access Teltek InControl from another location, a VPN is often required.
