Inliners

Our inliners helps you to create order and structure in your production lines by receiving grouped products and delivering them in uniform lines to downstream systems.

Teltek's LS series, which consists of LS100 and LS150, can be used for multiple types of products. Our inliners are stand-alone units but additional functionality, such as external start/stop function is available. Our inliners are controlled directly on the unit where rates and feed can be adjusted.

LS100 and LS150 are both CE-certified and can be delivered with several conveyor solutions.

Our inliners

Teltek LS100

Teltek LS100 is suitable for handling and ordering products that are hard to move laterally, i.e. flat or light products.

The work rate varies with length of the inliner's conveyor and the number of incoming conveyors. LS100 can handle up to 60-80 products per minute.

Teltek LS150

LS150 is the fastest solution for ordering products in a single line.

LS150 can handle significant faster rates than LS100 since it does not require lateral movement.

FAQ Inliner

Teltek’s inliners organize your products from multiple lanes in width into a single row, continuing to subsequent systems, for individual weighing, labeling, and metal detection. The most logical application is after a deep-drawing machine.

Both models make multiple lines of products end up in a single row. LS150 is our fastest solution, suitable for high-speed lines, while the LS100 is more compact, ideal for small spaces or products that are difficult to move sideways, such as light or flat items that risk getting stuck under guide rails. The LS100 moves the entire conveyor, whereas the LS150 directs the products into a single row using guide rails.

Most products work well. Though, there are limitations regarding big products and big boxes.

With a Teltek inliner it is easy to add a rotation of your products. During the process it is also possible, with simple methods, to get your products to rotate 90 degrees before reaching the upcoming conveyor. Discuss this with us if it's something you'd want.

Our inliners are easy to integrate into your production lines, as they are fully stand alone, self-operating units. No connections to the machine before or after is required, although optional features such as external start/stop are available. The controls on the inliner is handled directly via the unit’s built-in PLC panel, making it easy to adjust speeds and feed times.
