Teltek has two different models of inliners, LS100 and LS150, but what is the difference?

Both models create order and structure in your production lines by receiving grouped products and delivering them in uniform lines to downstream systems.

The LS150 is our fastest solution, suitable for high-speed lines and uses guide rails to bring the products into a single row. The products end up on the conveyor, which consists of different cassettes that successively send each product away at a set distance and with the help of the guide rails, a single line is formed. The LS150 is not suitable for thin or lightweight products as they risk getting stuck under the guide rails.

For thin or lightweight products, the LS100 is the best option, it receives products and moves the entire conveyor, keeping the products on a straight line, instead of ”pushing” the products in the right direction with the help of guide rails. The LS100 is also our compact solution and is more suitable for small spaces, compared to the LS150, which requires more space.
