Teltek C80 Checkweigher
High precision, high speed! Teltek C80 is our most advanced checkweigher. It enables up to four parallel weighing systems controlled by one user interface. With this checkweigher solution you´ll have great performance in dynamic weighing with maximal overview and control.

DESIGN
Available with a wide range of belt sizes. The conveyors are driven by virtually maintenance free brushless DC motors. Easy to clean and maintain due to open design. All IP65 included as standard. Higher water protection classification as option.
REJECTS
Teltek C80 offers many different reject devices to suit customer specific needs including air blast, pusher, single or double flipper/divert arm and drop flap.
COMMUNICATION CAPABILITIES
Teltek C80 comes with great networking, feedback and communications capabilities, giving management and operators control over their production line monitoring. Up to four parallel weighing systems can be controlled by one HMI.
REPORTS
Teltek C80 can export production reports in Microsoft Excel™, PDF™ and or CSV formats. The reports can be saved on local network drives or saved on USB. The checkweigher can be combined with the software InControl, and get real time data from the ongoing production.

The Teltek C80 is approved in accordance with European MID standard – assuring you obtain accurate measurement results at all times and can be delivered first time verified, ready for trade use. All units are built in accordance to CE regulations.
