We can print almost anything, such as weight, price, barcodes, allergy information and more. You can choose either a fixed label that is applied to all products, for example a logo or “20%” or a label with variable text or a barcode. Could be labels with a weight that is adjusted according to each product’s weight, creating unique labels for every product.

We customize the label applicator to suit your needs, but in most cases we apply labels to the top, bottom, and/or sides of the product. Beyond standard configurations, we have previously labeled triangular products with a label wrapped over the edge, shaped labels around round mince packages, and ensured that liquid-filled packages have labels that sit flat to the moving surface,without wrinkles or bubbles.

We work with the Swedish brand Evolabel and Danish HM Systems.

Evolabel is one of the world’s most innovative companies in print & apply solutions, offering user-friendly systems characterized by simplicity and high quality. We have partnered with Evolabel for over 15 years, giving us more experience and expertise than anyone else when it comes to integrating Evolabel’s systems into labeling stations and our own Teltek WPL solution (which consists of a Teltek checkweigher and an Evolabel labeler).

HM Systems is used for applications where high-performance label dispensers need to be integrated, or with print & apply systems based on print engines from manufacturers such as Intermec, Datamax, Zebra, and Sato are required. In these cases, Teltek work closely with HM Systems.

Our labeling system is easily combined with other equipment we offer, as the labeling station is often applied directly onto a conveyor system. When combined with one of our checkweighers, it creates what we call a Teltek WPL (Weight Price Labeler).
