With Teltek Grader you can with a single software weigh portions based on end weight, quantity or sort your products based on their individual weight.
The software is recipe-based, which allow our customers to store production settings to later access them with only a few button presses.
The grader dynamically adjusts the target weight during ongoing production which is unique for this type of equipment. This result in lower give-aways, which will save you time, money, and raw material.
The solution is available with several different sorting methods. The most common is to use pneumatic diverter arms or pushers. (For fresh and sticky products our Lift-flap solution often proves to be the most suitable way to sort the products).
Teltek’s Grader collect weight data from Teltek’s checkweighers, but it can also handle a wide range of other products, such as checkweighers from other brands, static weighers and vision systems. This makes Teltek’s Grader a natural choice for your production.
