Customized 3 lane Teltek C80 Checkweigher – for products with liquid
The customer has chosen to complete their production line with the Teltek C80 checkweigher. The aim for the checkweigher is to be able to receive products from a filling machine and verify that the products have the right weight before the products will be packed in carton.
If the product has wrong weight, the product will be sorted out by a drop-flap to the first conveyor to a box for the unapproved products under the conveyor belt.
If the product has the right weight, the product will continue to the next machine, where they will be packed in cartons. Should the carton machine not be ready and there will be a stop in the production line, the checkweigher will use a lift-flap for the approval products to be sorted into a box under the second conveyor belt.
Products from the approved box can then be manually placed on the checkweighers third conveyor, as they already been weighed and approved to continue in the production line and be packed in carton.
