We’re excited to showcase this newly created high precision reject – designed and built after a customer request – to fit strict rules within the medical field. The solution includes several necessary features, such as IPC (in process control), emergency stop, manual mode to force the latch open or closed and a counter to register how many products have passed and how many products have been rejected, both due to metal detected and manually by the operator.
This machine is going to be used in the medical field and may operate in close proximity to patients and therefore have high demands for cleanliness and contamination control.
